I led the development of a large-scale bakery project for Al Oula Bakeries Company (Al Sahl Group) in Tripoli, Libya. The goal was to establish a central production facility capable of supplying up to 50 retail outlets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistent product quality across all locations. The production covered a wide range of products, including Lebanese bread, kaak (grissini), flatbreads, crackers, baguettes, batard, soft breads, ciabatta, Viennese pastries, pies, bouchées, sweets, and catering items. With a total investment of $7.2 million and a projected recovery period of 4 years, this project reflects my focus on combining technical expertise with financial performance to build profitable and scalable bakery operations.
