I led the development of a Long Shelf Life Croissant project, designed to combine premium product quality with extended shelf life—meeting the demands of large-scale distribution and modern retail markets. The production setup was engineered to reach a capacity of up to 12,000 croissants per hour, ensuring high efficiency while maintaining consistency in lamination, texture, and taste. With a total investment of $2 million (excluding market distribution) and a projected recovery period of 1.5 years, the project was structured to deliver strong financial performance alongside technical excellence. This project highlights my ability to develop high-output, cost-efficient bakery solutions, integrating advanced production processes with a clear focus on profitability and scalability.
