I worked on the development and presentation of a large-scale production facility for AMWAJ Catering Co Bakery in Mesaieed, Qatar (owned by Qatar Petroleum, now Qatar Energy), designed to support high-demand catering operations. The project focused on structuring a comprehensive production setup tailored for catering prerequisites, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and the ability to handle large-volume orders. The facility was designed to produce a wide range of items in both fresh and frozen formats, including Arabic bread, European breads, frozen bakery items, grissini, cupcakes, and sliced bread. With a total investment of $4.5 million and a projected recovery period of 1.5 years, supported by contractual ordering, the project was built to guarantee stable demand and strong financial performance. This project highlights my expertise in developing high-capacity, contract-driven bakery operations, combining technical precision with a clear focus on profitability, reliability, and scalability.
