I led the setup of a sliced bread production facility for the Khor project in Qatar, designed specifically to support high-demand catering operations with speed, efficiency, and reliability. The facility was designed to deliver up to 25,000 fresh-sliced bread loaves daily, ensuring consistent quality while maintaining a streamlined, cost-effective production process tailored for continuous supply. With a total investment of $150,000 and an exceptional recovery period of just 2 months, supported by contractual ordering, the project was built for immediate profitability and minimal risk. This project highlights my ability to design and implement fast-return, high-efficiency bakery operations, particularly in contract-driven environments where guaranteed demand enables rapid ROI.
