I led the complete reestablishment of Breadly’s – Huda Bakeries in Doha, Qatar, transforming the operation into a fully optimized and scalable bakery concept. The project covered all aspects of the bakery setup, from production planning and workflow optimization to product development and retail positioning, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term success. The production focused on a full Lebanese bakery retail range, delivered in both fresh and frozen formats to maximize flexibility and consistency. With a total investment of $1.2 million and a projected recovery period of 1.8 years, the project was structured to achieve a fast return on investment while maintaining high product quality and operational efficiency. This project reflects my ability to revitalize and restructure bakery businesses, turning them into profitable, well-organized, and market-ready operations.
