Elie's Baking Corp

I worked on the development of a prototype bakery project for Elie’s Baking Corp in Brockton, Massachusetts, focused on building a foundation for future large-scale production. The project involved the creation and testing of approximately 1,400 SKUs, covering a diverse range of Lebanese, European, and American bakery products, produced in both fresh and frozen formats. The objective was to validate product quality, standardize recipes, and optimize processes before scaling to mass production. With a total investment of $2 million and a projected recovery period of 3.5 years, the project was designed to balance innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability. This project demonstrates my expertise in product development and system structuring, helping clients transition from concept to fully optimized, production-ready operations.
