Dodsal Round Pocket Pita Project

I led the setup of a high-capacity production facility for the Dodsal Round Pocket Pita Project in Ras Laffan, Qatar, designed to meet the demands of large-scale catering operations. The project focused on building an efficient production system capable of delivering up to 100,000 bundles of fresh pita bread daily, ensuring consistency, speed, and product quality at scale. Every aspect of the operation was structured to support continuous, high-volume output while maintaining strict production standards. With a total investment of $750,000 and a projected recovery period of 1.8 years, the facility was optimized to deliver strong returns through high efficiency and reliable daily production capacity. This project demonstrates my expertise in developing high-output bakery solutions, specifically tailored for industrial catering environments where volume, consistency, and performance are critical.
